Summary

Palette does not collect, store on any server, or share any personal data. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Everything the app remembers stays on your device.

Data stored on your device

To work as a game, Palette keeps the following information in the app’s local storage on your device only:

  • Settings (note speed, judgement offset, hit sound, volume, background, haptics and similar options)
  • Play records (your best score, rank and combo for each song and difficulty)
  • Favorites (the stars you give to songs)
  • Song unlock progress and whether the Full Song Pass has been purchased
  • Whether the first-launch tutorial has been completed

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer. It is removed when you delete the app. Play records can also be cleared at any time from Settings › Records › Reset All Records.

In-app purchase

The Full Song Pass is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are processed by Apple and are never seen by or sent to the developer. The app only records, on your device, whether the pass has been purchased, and verifies that status with the App Store. Restore Purchases uses your Apple Account through the App Store.

App Store rating prompt

Palette may occasionally show Apple’s standard rating prompt after you unlock songs. The prompt is provided and handled by Apple; the app does not learn whether or how you responded.

Audio and device features

  • Palette plays audio and shows the current song on the Lock Screen and in Control Center using the standard iOS media controls. This information is handled by iOS on your device.
  • To warn about wireless earphone latency and to measure audio delay, the app reads which audio output is in use (for example, speaker or Bluetooth). This is checked on the device only and is not recorded or transmitted.
  • The app does not access the microphone, camera, photos, contacts, location or any other personal data.
  • Haptic feedback is generated on the device.

Children

Palette is not directed at children under 13. Regardless of age, the app collects no personal data.

Third parties

Palette uses no third-party services. The only external party involved is Apple, for the App Store, in-app purchases and the rating prompt. Apple’s privacy policy is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same address with a new effective date. Because the app collects no data, changes are expected to be rare.

端末に保存される情報

ゲームとして動作するために、Palette は次の情報をお使いの端末内のアプリ専用の保存領域にのみ保存します。

  • 設定（ノーツの速さ、判定オフセット、ヒット音、音量、背景、触覚などの各項目）
  • プレイ記録（曲と難易度ごとのベストスコア、ランク、コンボ）
  • お気に入り（曲につけた星）
  • 曲の解放の進み具合と、全曲パスを購入済みかどうか
  • 初回のチュートリアルを終えたかどうか

これらの情報は端末の外に出ることはなく、開発者が見ることもできません。アプリを削除すると消えます。プレイ記録は、設定 › RECORDS › RESET ALL RECORDS からいつでも消去できます。

アプリ内購入

「全曲パス」は買い切りのアプリ内購入で、決済はすべて Apple が App Store を通じて行います。支払い情報は Apple が処理し、開発者に送られることも、開発者が見ることもありません。アプリは購入済みかどうかだけを端末内に記録し、その状態を App Store と照合します。「購入を復元」は App Store を通じてお使いの Apple アカウントで行われます。

App Store の評価のお願い

曲を解放した節目で、Apple が提供する標準の評価ダイアログを表示することがあります。この表示は Apple が提供・処理するもので、あなたが評価したかどうか、どう評価したかをアプリが知ることはありません。

音声と端末の機能

  • Palette は音声を再生し、再生中の曲を iOS 標準のメディアコントロール（ロック画面やコントロールセンター）に表示します。この情報は端末内で iOS が扱います。
  • 無線イヤホンの遅れを注意喚起し、音の遅れを測るために、アプリは現在の音声の出力先（スピーカー、Bluetooth など）を確認します。これは端末内で確認するだけで、記録も送信もしません。
  • アプリはマイク、カメラ、写真、連絡先、位置情報、その他の個人情報にはアクセスしません。
  • 触覚フィードバックは端末内で生成されます。

子どもについて

Palette は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。年齢にかかわらず、アプリは個人情報を収集しません。

第三者

Palette は第三者のサービスを利用していません。関与する外部の事業者は、App Store、アプリ内購入、評価ダイアログを提供する Apple のみです。Apple のプライバシーポリシーは https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/jp/ をご覧ください。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、同じアドレスに新しい施行日とともに掲載します。アプリがデータを収集しないため、変更はまれであると見込んでいます。
